Chicken soup is a famous medicine for cold, flu and even hangover. There are science evidence that this soup can relieve congestion during the cold and speed your recovery.
Here is how to prepare a good, home-made chicken soup.
- 4 carrots
- one big onion
- salt, pepper
Put previously cut chicken in a pot together with carrots, onion and cellery. You could even add one big potato and few small tomatoes.
Cover everything with water.
Let it cook until all the ingredients are soft and cooked.
The more it is cooked the better it will taste.
