- 1 large eggplant
- cottage cheese
- chilly pepper
- olive oil
Step by step
- Cut the eggplant in half and put it in oven to bake till the ”meat” from the inside becomes soft but not dry.
- After the eggplant is baked take out the inside of it and put it in a bowl, add spices and olive oil depending on how you like it.
- Add cottage cheese till mixture has smooth, pate-like texture.
- Add more spices if necessary.
