- 4 tomatoes
- 4 eggs
- 3 salt anchovy
- 4 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs vinegar
Step by step
- Cook eggs as usual and peel them.
- Wash and dry the tomatoes, slice them and remove the seeds.
- Wash anchovies and olives.
- Arrange by putting one slice of tomato and than one slice of egg on the plate.
- In a bowl mix salt, olive oil, vinegar, pepper and basil so that you get a sauce like emulsion.
- Sprinkle over the egg and tomato slices.
