Natural recipe for the elixir of youth
Sadly, a true elixir of youth hasn’t been discovered by the alchemists. Yet, there are folk remedies which can significantly improve our health and restore the youthful appearance, but we need to dig out some old recipes that our grandmas used to practice in the times when the concept of rejuvenation methods and cosmetic saloons were completely unknown. Garlic will play the leading role so we bring you an exquisite garlic recipe which will show that this ingredient has some extraordinary properties which put it among the world’s healthiest foods.
However, this recipe will not be enough to achieve remarkable results, actually, well-balanced diet combined with regular physical activity are “a must” which cannot be avoided. It is the only right way to obtain the best results and improve general well-being, physical and mental.
After this treatment, accompanied with a proper diet and a body workout, you’ll improve smoothness and elasticity of the skin, give hair volume and shine, and what is more – prevent grey hair!
- – garlic: 350 g
- – rubbing alcohol: 200 ml
- – beeswax:50 g
- – bee propolis (“bee glue”) extract alcohol: 30 g
Squash the chopped garlic and leave it to sit. Take 200 g of the leftover garlic juice, put it into a glass jar and add 2 dl of rubbing alcohol and close it tightly. Put the jar in a dark place for 10 days.
After that period, open the jar and strain the mixture. Add 50 g of beeswax and 30 g of the propolis tincture (20% propolis extract ). Stir well until propolis gets fully dissolved and leave the mixture in a dark place again for the next 3 days.
Finally, your “elixir of youth” is ready for use!
Dissolve several drops in a small amount of cold milk and drink on an empty stomach 20 minutes before meal.

DAY No. 1: Breakfast – 1 drop; lunch – 2 drops, dinner – 3 drops
DAY No. 2: Breakfast – 4 drops; lunch – 5 drops; dinner – 6 drops
DAY No. 3: Breakfast – 7 drops; lunch – 8 drops, dinner – 9 drops
DAY No. 4: Breakfast – 10 drops; lunch – 11 drops, dinner – 12 drops
DAY No. 5: Breakfast – 13 drops; lunch – 14 drops, dinner – 15 drops
DAY No. 6: Breakfast – 15 drops; lunch – 14 drops, dinner – 13 drops
DAY No. 7: Breakfast – 12 drops; lunch – 11 drops, dinner – 10 drops
DAY No. 8: Breakfast – 9 drops; lunch – 8 drops, dinner – 7 drops
DAY No. 9: Breakfast – 6 drops; lunch – 5 drops, dinner – 4 drops
DAY No. 10: Breakfast – 3 drops; lunch – 2 drops, dinner – 1 drop
From the eleventh day until the end of the month take 25 drops 3 times a day before a meal.
Then at the first of the month use according to the schedule starting with one drop.
