At the beginning of spring we all start with detoxification. We want to be healthier and slimmer. But what about emotions?
Health implies equilibrium of mind, body and soul, not just absence of disease. So this spring we recommend emotional detoxification.
Here are some tips to implement it:
1. Forgive them. If someone has hurt you or disappointed you, forgive them. We are all human and we are wrong. Maybe tomorrow you just make the same mistake. You certainly would not want someone to blame you forever.
2. Release all bad. Bad people, habits, worries … Life is short, do not put your time and energy to the bad. Prefer your luck.
3. Rationalize your fears and problems. Does it really make sense to worry about things you can not change anymore? Not. In the end, everything will turn out just the way it should be.
4. Get positive. Many scientists say that the entire universe works on the law of attraction. How you think it is easy to attract. Maybe not now than in the future. So when you start thinking negatively quickly change your view mode and think positively.
5. Decide to act. People always complain about something. Rather than sitting home and crying over your destiny, take the thing in your hands and find a way to get something done.
6. Learn to Accept. It is difficult to constantly swim upstream. At one time you have to tire. If you are aware that something really does not make sense and as long as you are struggling it will not change simply accept it … or raise your hands.
7. Do what you like. Find the time to be alone, pay attention to your thoughts and find the solution. Sometimes the answer lies in you, but because of the lack of time you just do not see it.
Emotional detox has one goal: to calm down internal turmoil and rid yourself of anything bad.
