If you have a day or two old bread and want to use it, here is an idea how. Make cheese/ham bread rolls.
- A day or two old bread or toast
- 2 eggs
Slice the bread so that each slice is aproximatelly 1 cm thick. Remove the crust and using a dough roller roll the soft part of the bread untill is thin and smooth.
On each slice put ham and chesse and roll it. After all the slices are rolled, mix two eggs, a bit of milk, pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl. Dip rolls into the mixture and fry them in a bit of oil till they are golden coloured. Serve with sauce.
