Not so many of us have time for preparing breakfast early in the morning, before going to work.
At that point, we need something fast and easy but also healthy to start the day. Bruschetta is easy to make, and you don’t have to have fresh bread to prepare it. This is how you can make this breakfast by preparing all the ingredients the night before.
- Slice of bread
- cottage cheese
Prepare the pan the evening before and while you’re making a coffe put a slice of bread on a pan to toast.
When it is slightly golden put avocado on it. The avocado should be soft so you can smear it over the bruschetta. Put cotagge cheese over, than slice of tomato and a piece of salad. Now it iss optional if you would like to put tuna, ham or egg.
You can use canned tuna and the egg can be hard boiled and put in the fridge over the night.
