The flu season is here and it is important to prevent it from sticking to you.
Here are some ways on how to stop it on time and prevent it anyways.
1.Drink fluids
Try to drink as much as possible fluids like hot tea, water and freshly squezzed juices like orange and lemon juice.
2.Take supplements
If you already started to feel as if the flu affected you take supplements such as vitamin C and zinc.
3.Walk
Spend time on fresh air as much as possible. Forget about closed, especially small places.
4.Let air in
Let fresh air in to your house. Open windows no matter how cold. Germs usually don’t like low temepratures so it is good to let fresh air in.
5. Wash your hands
Never forget to wash your hands. Avoid touching your face and mouth with hands.
