There are many small mistakes we make unintentionally when it comes to our health. Let’s see if you recognize yourself in any of the scenarios we describe here.
Constantly checking your mobile phone
Your head is titled forward, and your gaze fixed on your precious mobile phone. This can be seen everywhere. But did you know that it can lead to tension and pain in the back of your head? Avoid this painful scenario by doing stretching exercises, and take care of your eyes too. They can become dry from watching too much television or staring constantly at your phone screen.
Heart problems & women
Sadly, it’s not true that women aren’t affected by heart problems. However, thanks to their hormones, they will less likely suffer from cardiovascular diseases until they enter menopause, but that’s no guarantee. So, don’t ignore the warning signs.
If there’s a lack of liquid in your system, your gray cells will become numb which in turn makes you feel tired, out of focus and more prone to headaches. If you do happen to experience something like this, don’t doubt your own capabilities, have a glass of water instead.
Fruit juices and cleaning your teeth
Acid contained in fruit juices can damage tooth enamel which is why we shouldn’t clean our teeth right after we drink something like this. Wait at least half an hour for enamel to strengthen, and then brush away.
Constantly touching your face
If you have problematic skin, get rid of this habit. By touching your face you’re preventing your complexion to recuperate because you’re constantly transferring things from the environment, things that have most likely caused the problem in the first place.
Resting when you have back pain
When we’re experiencing back pain, it’s understandable that the only thing we want is to lie down and not move. But this will only make matters worse. A better option would be to get a natural pain reliever, and start to walk gradually. This way, we’re working on our back muscles that support the spine, and also stretching our shortened muscles.
Stop treatment beforehand
You should see any treatment involving antibiotics through. If you do the opposite, bacteria will surely stick around. This also applies to other medication. Even if you’re feeling better, you should never stop taking the prescribed antibiotics of your own accord.
