Wok is a very healthy meal that has plenty of vegetable and spices which are in many ways positive for our health.
Ingredients
- 40 g onion
- 40 g pepper
- 20 g garlic
- 10 g carrot
- 10 g red curry paste
- 10 g peanuts
- sugar
- 1 dcl fish sauce
- coconut milk
- oil
- rice
Step by step
- Slightly fry onion, pepper and carrot in a pan. After few minutes add curry paste, coconut milk, sugar and fish sauce.
- Cook for few minutes and then add blended peanuts and garlic.
- Cook the rice separately
- Put wok on the rice
