Here is a short advice on how to use it and prevent the cold.
- Grate ginger root and let it release its juice for half an hour
- Put it in a cotton cloth and squize the juice out
- Put the juice in a shooter glass, squize a few drops of lemon and half a teaspoon of honey
- Drink it fast
- Ginger is very spicy so brace yourselves and have a glass of water near
- Squize one lemon juice in a glass
- Grate one cm ginger root
- Let it stay for half an hour
- Add water
