- 150 g ground beef
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/2 tea spoon sugar
- rosemary stem
- red pepper powdered and salt
Step by step
- Put onion, sugar and ground beef in a pot and cook till the beef changes color to the non-raw. Add salt and red pepper.
- Let it cool a bit and then shape balls that you will prick on the rosemary stem.
- Grill it on a grill pan for about 15 minutes and serve.
