- 8 slices of integral bread
- 4 tablespoons of light mayonnaise
- 120 g of smoked salmon
- 2 teaspoons of capers
- ½ of thinly sliced avocado
- ½ of lemon
- salt and pepper for seasoning
- Put mayonnaise on 4 slices of bread making sure to cover the entire slice.
- Put salmon, capers and avocado on mayonnaise.
- Drizzle some lemon juice on top.
- Place another slice of bread on top and enjoy this sandwich to die for.
