There are all kinds of bread types and if you are a bread-person like me, this is the one you’ve got to try.
– semolina: 100 g
– milk: 4 dl
– butter: 50 g
– brown sugar: 50 g
– eggs: 4 kom
– pit sour cherries: 500 g
– bread crumbs/petit beurre keksi, if needed
Cook semolina with milk, add softened butter, room temperature eggs and sugar. Mix it all together and add cherries last. Grease loaf pan and spread breadcrumbs or crushed cookies on the bottom. Put the dough mixture in the pan and bake for half an hour in the oven preheated to 200°C.
