Eat before going out
The most important rule of drinking is eating. Forget about your diet. Eat something greasy. Mediterranean area is known for the wine consumation. People there have this trick: they eat a spoon of olive oil before drinking. During the night always snack if you can.
Drink the hangover away
Before you start drinking you should know that the type of alcohol affects how bad the hangover will be.
Drinks that contain methanol and ethanol cause stronger hangover. Those are drinks like whiskey and red wine. Drinks like gin and vodka do not contain methanol so they do not induce such a strong hangover.
Gold rule of drinking is that you usually drink the same all night.
Drink water during the whole night. A glass of water after two glasses of alcohol will reduce the hangover and maybe even stop it.
Hangover goes away completely after 24 hours. Drink freshly squized juice or a juice that contains vitamins B and C. Eat light and use something for headache. Drink storng coffe. It is not scientifically proven, but caffein helps with hangover.
