When you feel like eating burgers, still don’t want to ruin your diet, here is the recepiet for vegan burgers.
Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 finely chopped onion

250 g fresh mushrooms (chop them and season with salt and pepper)

a small can of white beans (rinse and drain)

65 g of almond flour

50 g pumpkin pie
-
rosemary
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
You'll need a muffin mold.
Add oil to the large pan and add chopped onion.
When the onin turns yellow add mushrooms and cook till they become soft.
In a big bowl mash the beans, add almond flour, pumpkin and rosemary.
Mix everythinf in a homogenous mixture and add to a pan. Stir well and keep cooking for a little more.
Take the mixture using the spoon and make little burgers.
Place the into a muffin mold and bake for 30 minutes.
when they turn gold, take them out of the oven and let them cool for about 5 minutes.
Serve with fresh salad and sauce.
