Hot chocolate is so yummy on a cold day. It would be even more interesting if you would ”spice it up” a bit.
Here is how to make it.
Ingredients for 8-10 cups:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 3 spoons cocoa
- 2 spoons sugar
- 1 liter milk
- 3 dcl red wine
- a pinch of salt and cinnamon
Step by step
- Mix chopped chocolate, cocoa, sugar and spices with milk
- Put it on a stove and cook it on light fire till the chocolate melts
- When ingredients blend together in a smooth mixture remove from the fire
- Add wine and stir
This will be a great drink to serve to your friends or family during the cold winter nights.
