Prepare yourself a bath
Once a week treat yourself and enjoy a hot bath, of course, not too hot, but within tolerable limits. Add 300 g of baking soda and indulge your senses for half an hour. Stretch your body afterwards to stimulate circulation.

Raise your hands and upper part of the body (to the waist) and lean over your stretched legs as much as you can. While being in that position, try to reach your knees with your head and touch your finger toes with hands and then return back to the initial position.
Repeat 10 times in the morning and 12 in the evening.
During day lay on your stomach while holding your arms crossed on the back. Raise your head from the floor as higher as you can and repeat 6 times. Repeat every day and try to find no excuses.
