Beetroot, apple & blueberry smoothie
Use a blender to mix 1 medium-large beetroot which you peeled and cut in cubes prior to that, 100 g of blueberries, 200 ml of apple juice, 1 carrot cut in circular discs, 1 small apple, and finally, honey to taste.
Beetroot is full of minerals and vitamins, and in combination with carrot and apple, it has a positive effect on your body. As for blueberry, it’s rich in vitamin C.
Try out some new flavors, such as avocado spread, or cottage cheese, peanut butter or even banana spread, to accompany your whole grain bagel. This is definitely a great way to start the day.
