Ingredients
4 servings
- 2,5 cups oats
- 1/2 cups honey
- 1 tbs baking powder
- 1 tbs cinnamon
- 4 cups grated apples
- a pinch of salt
- 1 cup apple juice (you can use the juice that apples have released)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 spoon vanilla extract
- 6 tbs butter, melted
1.Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl.
2.In the other bowl mix all the wet ingredients.
3.Add wet ingredients mixture in the bowl with dry ingredients.
4.After mixing all the ingredients together add melted butter.
5.Bake 20-30 minutes.
6.If you wish, add whipped cream over the pie.
