Low-calorie lemon mousse
There is no reason for depriving ourselves of sweet and refreshing cravings during hot summer days. However, we often find it hard to make a dessert which is too complicated which is why light lemon mousse would make an ideal choice. It’ll take just a minimum of your time, moreover, it’s low in calories and not to mention it is a real treat for your taste buds.
- one avocado
- juice of one big lemon
- grated lemon zest
- a pinch of Himalayan salt
- 2 – 3 tablespoons of a sweetener of your choice (you can use agave syrup, rice malt syrup, honey, whichever you prefer)
- fruit (whichever you prefer, as long as it’s seasonal)
Preparation method: Lemon mousse
Dice avocado into small pieces and then together with other fruit pieces put into a blender, and mix the fruit (except the fruit which we’ll use for decoration) or you can use an immersion blender to make a fine, smooth cream. Pour the cream into cups and cool down for at least half an hour before consummation. Decorate with seasonal fruit of your choice just before you serve the mousse.
