Blackberries are such a fresh and healthy food. Why not use it in a drink? Blackberry lemonade is not only a very healthy, refreshing summer drink but it looks amazing.
- Blackberries are rich in antioxidants and polyphenols. They are also rich in fibers. One handful of blackberries contains 8 grams of fibers.
Their dark colour comes from antocians – plant pigments which are known as potent antioxidants.
- 10 blackberry leaves
- 20 g blackberries
- 2 lemons
- 2 tbs honey
- 300 ml + 300 ml water
300 ml boiled water pour over the blackberry leaves. Leave it 10 minutes that remove the leaves.
Blend the blackberries into a smooth mixture. Mix blackberry paste, two lemon juice and water. Add 300 ml of water more. Put in a refrigerator with a few ice cubes. Before serving stir it well.
