Natural recipe for high cholesterol
- 30 peeled garlic cloves
1 liter of water
Peel the garlic and wash the lemon and then chop it in small pieces without peeling the skin. Use a blender to finely dice this mixture. Put it in a dish and add 1 liter of water and heat it until it starts to boil. Drain the content and put it in appropriate bottles, but leave the bottles opened to cool down. Once it is cooled, put the bottles in a fridge. Take one small cup a day or after the main course. The treatment lasts for three complete weeks after which you should take 8-day pause and start another 3-week cycle.
This medication is to be taken once a year.
