This is the healthy, non-alcoholic version of the famous pina colada cocktail. Pina colada smoothie is the perfect start of the day.
Pina colada smoothie
- 2 frozen bananas
- A cup of chopped pineapple
- 1 cup of coconut milk or coconut water
- honey if needed for extra sweetness
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix it well. If you do not have coconut milk at the moment, you can replace it with a low-fat cow milk and add a spoon of coconut flower for an extra tropical flavour.
