Let’s be honest. Perfect legs till summer but with no excersize is mission impossible. Running is the best excersize for leg shaping but also for fat tissue mobilizing. If you have problems with knees or joints avoid those excersizes where all the pressure is on those areas.
Never forget body lotion after the shower. Don’t dry your skin completely, massage in lotion and leave it absorb. This way will provide more moisture locked into the skin.
