Also, did you know that our body commonly mistakes thirst for hunger? Oh yes, this is very much true so the next time you think you’re hungry, have a glass of water first, wait for 10 minutes and see if your stomach will start to grumble again.
If your stomach starts to growl, after all, this means you’re really hungry and in that case you can eat something, but make sure it’s healthy. After a hard working day most of us like to rest in front of the TV, but in fact, this is exactly the time when all our weight problems commence. In order to tackle this problem, you can eat something healthy every three hours during a day and believe me, you’ll barely even think of other food in the evening.
