There are 6 main types of headache. Every type ”tells” you something else about the state of your organisam. So, next time when you feel strong headache think about what your body is trying to tell you.
Strong, intensive pain that almost always appears in the same spot. It often appears in combination with sickness, blured vision and sensitive hearing while the pain continues.
Sensitivity to light can also appear.
Stomach related headache
Strong, sudden pain that appears in the temple area, eyes and front of the head is connected with abdomen, kidneys, gastrointestinal and urinary tract. It can be related with too much alcohol consumption, food sensitivity, food aditives or extraction problems.
Stres related headache
This headache is characterized by strong pain that goes all the way from shoulders to the very top of the head.
When in expectation or when we are tense about something it may occur that the pain that goes from the neck over the top of the head and forehead appears.
If the pain that you are feeling is concentrated in the forehead area, eyeballs and nose area it is most definitely sinus infection.
Anxiety is often related to the pain that appears across the whole forehead.
